Role Responsibilities
- Set, plan, and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
- Provide engaging English and Arabic content
- Coordinate and work closely with the creative team for assets and video creation for all social media accounts
- Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews and comments
- Sound knowledge of all digital streams
- Coordinate with the creative, paid digital, and Communications teams
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
- Benchmark against local, regional and international competitors
Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Competencies
- Arabic and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience planning and leading community initiatives
- Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
- Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
- Hands-on experience with social media management
- Ability to interpret website traffic
- Knowledge of online marketing
- Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
