UI UX Designer Responsibilities

  • Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
  • Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
  • Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
  • Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
  • Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
  • Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
  • Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.

UI UX Designer Requirements

  • Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years’ UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
  • A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
  • A team player but can work independently too.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities for Photographer

  • Take professional pictures / Videos in a studio or on location
  • Work closely with clients and colleagues to produce high-quality photographic images and videos
  • Use different techniques to enhance the photographs/videos as required

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with experience in digital media, who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts, and other designs. The successful candidate should have a working knowledge of how marketing campaigns work and have critical thinking skills with strong design sensibilities. The ideal candidate can create polished design and layouts while rolling with the shifting requirements of the Digital Marketing industry and stay organized throughout the process.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least a four-year working experience.
  • Arabic and English Languages is a Must.
  • A portfolio showing a range of clients and project types, particularly web/digital/email/social design, campaign concept and production, and print experience.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Support the design and production of digital assets including online/mobile graphics, emails, static banner ads (animated motion graphics a plus!)
  • Deliver assets on deadline and communicate any issues far in advance to allow for problem-solving without causing fire-drills.
  • Contribute stellar design skills with creative, edgy, and bold concepts for marketing and branding projects with a keen eye for a simple, strong design.
  • Develop and execute creative concepts and designs that meet brand guidelines. Update brand guidelines as they evolve.
  • Design and illustrate emails, page layouts, logos, and program assets across multiple touchpoints (print and digital) with a mobile-first approach.
  • Create mood boards, storyboards and concept art for campaigns.
  • Create digital mock-ups and presentations as part of the team and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
  • Build looks books, event promotional materials, media kits, packaging inserts, etc to enhance the customer journey and support PR needs.
  • Working knowledge of print and digital production and optimizing final files for delivery.
  • Manage creative workflow and act as a liaison to the merchandising creative team.
  • Produce quarterly design trend reports in anticipation of upcoming seasonal promotions.
  • Support social media team with pop-culture driven creative editing.
  • Partner closely with all teams to identify problems and translate them into creative solutions that drive business metrics.
